As a qualified teacher, NVR practitioner and parent with lived experience, I know how hard and worrying it can be when an AuDHD/PDA child is showing us they are not ok. Traditional strategies often seem to make things worse. When a child thinks differently and experiences the world differently they need a different approach to communication, so they feel safe and connected in order to be able to learn.
