Supporting Parents at Work

It can be extremely hard navigating parenting and midlife, especially if a family has an AuDHD/PDA child. Focusing on wellbeing and inner strength to keep going is essential in supporting parents juggle work and caring responsibilities. One of the biggest stresses can be trying to parent in a traditional way, when a child is neurodivergent, however there is a different way.

We offer sessions on wellbeing and parenting differently which could be part of your HR People Development & Wellbeing programmes or a talk at your Neurodiverisity Network. We offer one-off sessions or can develop a programme based on a combination of education and coaching, flexible to meet your needs.

Living in Alignment

Life can be a wonderful journey, but there are times when it can feel hard, confusing and frustrating, even if from the outside everything looks fine. Humans are complex beings and often we feel a mix of emotions & thoughts at the same time, such as: grateful yet lost, joy and pain, pride and grief, achievement yet imposter, and successful but unfulfilled.

At The Avenue Practice, our core belief is that focusing on alignment of our inner and outer worlds is the first step in moving forwards. The second step is to build our own personal leadership style so we can create the change we want. Whether you are a leader at work, or a leader of your family or perhaps you are both, sometimes we forget that everyone is a CEO of their own life!

Parenting Differently

When our AuDHD/PDA children show us they need a different way, it can be stressful. However, making small changes to everyday moments can make a big difference. Through our Relational Partnering and Neuro-NVR we guide and support AuDHD/PDA families to navigate life differently and  journey together towards greater happiness, deeper connection, and reciprocal growth. This is not just based on theory this is grounded in lived experience and brought to life with real examples.
