My lived experience, winding career and passion for supporting children and their families has led me to create The Avenue Practice built on:
- my accredited NVR training and work with families in CAMHS, Local Authorities & Psychology Clinics,
- lived experience of navigating Midlife and Parenting Differently my AuDHD/PDA son,
- professional coaching accreditation with the EMCC,
- my educational perspective as a qualified primary school teacher,
- my 10yr corporate career in the City,
- my Msc in Psychology (current), working towards chartered coaching psychologist
- my development of Neuro-NVR approach
"It is all the little moments, that together lead to the biggest difference"

Please note: My work is inclusive of all and for all families. Many images I use represent my journey, and include myself and my own two boys, they are not intended to be exclusionary.
Disclaimer: Nothing on my website should be considered as therapy, medical or clinical advice. If you suspect yourself, your partner or your child is suffering from a mental health condition such as depression or OCD then always seek professional medical and therapeutic help.
My Work is Coaching and Education, not treatment/therapy.
Coaching and Education can bring up strong feelings, if these seem unmanageable, clients are encouraged to seek clinical support through their GP or other therapeutic support.

The Relational Partnering Approach
I have brought together my teaching, psychology, NVR and coaching training, with my lived experience, and created an approach to relationships and life that my work is based on.
